This privacy notice explains how Land&Expand handles personal information collected through www.landexpand.org, including the Start a Conversation form and email enquiries.
Land&Expand is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. For privacy questions, data requests or concerns, email info@landexpand.org.
The usual lawful bases are legitimate interests, because Land&Expand needs to respond to enquiries and operate the website, and pre-contract steps where you ask for a proposal or want to discuss working together. Legal obligation may apply where records need to be kept for tax, accounting or compliance reasons. If optional marketing or non-essential cookies are introduced later, consent will be requested where required.
Information is not sold. It may be shared only where needed with website hosting, email, form delivery, security, professional advice, accounting or legal support providers. If a supplier processes information outside the UK or EEA, Land&Expand will rely on appropriate safeguards provided by that supplier.
Enquiries that do not become active projects are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a shorter or longer period is needed for a clear business, legal or dispute-resolution reason. Project and customer records may be kept for the length of the working relationship and up to 6 years afterwards where accounting or legal records are required. Technical logs are kept according to the hosting provider's retention settings.
You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. To make a request, email info@landexpand.org. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
This notice will be updated if the website, enquiry process, analytics, marketing or future client systems change in a way that affects how personal information is handled.
